What is a Pre-Order product?

A pre-order item is not yet in stock and is being offered for purchase before it is produced or released. By placing an order, you are reserving inventory in advance of the official release.

When will I be charged?

Full payment is collected at checkout to secure your order.

What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing a sealed trading card pack or an art print. Some contents may not be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Will the product look exactly like the images?

Not exactly. Images shown are artistic representations. The final product may vary in appearance, materials, and details.

When will my order ship?
Estimated ship date is August 30, 2026 for MUNKO art prints. Estimated ship date is April 3, 2027 for MUNKO Cards (approximately one year from purchase). Production timelines are approximate and subject to change. Orders will ship once production is complete.

How does shipping work?

Shipping begins after production is complete. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Can I cancel my pre-order?
No. Pre-order purchases are final sale and may not be canceled or modified once placed. Once your order is confirmed, it is submitted into production based on the details provided at checkout. Please review all product information and timelines carefully before placing your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?
No. All sales are final. Pre-orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are produced specifically for you, so once your order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I update my shipping address?
Shipping details may be updated only if your order has not yet entered processing.

What happens if there is a delay?

If there are delays to the estimated ship date, you will be notified. Production timelines are subject to change.
